Terms of Service

By accessing or using Caspian FSM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; transmit any unauthorized advertising or spam; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or its servers; or use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@caspianfsm.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Caspian FSM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caspian FSM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
